To answer that question simply and straight off: no, I don’t. However that hasn’t stopped me from trying! Seeing an increase of people ‘cover dancing’ lately has gotten me interested and I’ve wanted to give it a go even though I am self-admittedly a bad dancer. I have to say, the awesome feeling when you’ve finally gotten a dance is just that, awesome. My first dance conquered is Boom Boom Meccha Maccho!
It’s a Para-para dance, which means it’s not too complicated and is mainly composed of arm movements and simple leg movements. You shouldn’t quote me on that, but I think that’s the gist of it anyway. At any rate, it’s a fun dance and I’m so happy with myself for learning it. I’m so proud that I -may- upload a video of me dancing to it, but I doubt it xD
In my 101 in 1001, one of my challenges was to learn a Buono dance or Anataboshi dance by Milky Way. I’m actually aiming to learn both Rottara by Buono and Anataboshi! I started on both of them but if Boom Boom is any indictation of how long it will take to learn I probably won’t be done for a few months left on either one. The fact I’m putting this effort in makes me happy enough as it is so taking as much time as I need on them is no problem for me at all as long as I gradually make progress~ I’m half thinking of maybe aiming for a C-ute song after… but maybe something simpler will suit my skill better xD;;
